Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@jinnvz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping: The customer pays return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or defective, JinnVZ covers return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
